Dear Ministry Colleague
On behalf of Dr. James Chuck and the Bay Area Chinese Churches project, I want to thank you for your support of this important work.
Please help us gain more in-depth understanding of the Bay Area Chinese churches by completing the 8-page questionnaire. The Bay Area Project will donate $20 to all churches that complete and return the questionnaire by December 1, 2007. All individual church information shall be kept confidential, but the overall results will be made available at a Bay Area-wide conference in the Fall 2008.
Please complete the questionnaire in Chinese or English and return it to Dr. James Chuck at 33 Linda Ave, #1701, Oakland, CA 94611 or by email to Tim Tseng by Dec. 1, 2007.
If you or your church would like to support ISAAC or the Bay Area Church project, you may make a pledge or on-line donation at: http://isaacweb.org/a/support.htm
Please feel free to contact Dr. James Chuck at the address above or me if you have any questions or suggestions. Thank you!
